I don't think you should have a problem unless you have hit something. I have gouged out all our filler on Pamino T500 and refilled with sikaflex repainted her and not had any problems at all. I did borrow a very large socket set and checked the keel nuts, can't remember the torque setting, but tight they were. That was last season. Took Pamino out the water 2 weeks ago. Looked good as new.
