I am NOT speaking on behalf of the SUDA committee until they've all checked their e-mail. This is PURELY PERSONAL. But I believe that the answer is that we can't - our constitution was not changed to the new format and to do so now would require _two_ EGMs. But I may be wrong, we're discussing it so watch this space.
