Exactly - that is why the few college and university programs that really work for Indians go far beyond just heading out to an Indain school and doing some recruitment, and pat themselves on the back while all the recruits drop out.

Hell, look at higher ed in general. I think that the University of Texas graduates about 30 or 40 percent of the freshmen who enroll there - and they hand pick their students. Damn, if the high schools failed that much there would be a revolt.
