Well, if you were talkin' bout a regular "teacher" I'd say maybe that's what they try to do -- don't know how well it works :o))

With the zen folks, tho, it's all about experience not memorizing or "believing" or such like, so sometimes it even seems like those 'hard knocks' are gettin' multiplied all over the dang place :o(( .... :o)))

The fireplace, eh? Is that like "out of the fryin' pan, into the fireplace" ??
