All of $0 dollars for 2009, but in 2008 (you better sit down and take a deep breath, this is huge):

$4210.00 out of the total budget of $227,500.00.

That major ding was all of 1.85% of the budget, to provide security to the community. I think you can see from my sarcasm that I'm not impressed with that number.
