Two more years is not appropriate. It sends the wrong message to the fans, the media, DW and our recruits. Coaching contracts are more statements to the various basketball constituencies nowadays as opposed to binding agreements, but they are critical to sending the message that Fordham is serious about building and maintaining a successful basketball program in the future.     - Smart AD's structure a coach's contract with automatic rollovers every 2-3 years and have clauses built in for a salary/bonus review periodically so no one can use contract issues against the coach in the recruiting wars.
