- Is a contract with four years left on some sort of rolling renewal typical for coaches in general or more for those at bigger programs? What you say makes sense but I am not familiar with how these guys structure their contracts. (NT) -- SIram, Tue March 22, 2005 12:41:30
  - Smart AD's structure a coach's contract with automatic rollovers every 2-3 years and have clauses built in for a salary/bonus review periodically so no one can use contract issues against the coach in the recruiting wars.
