First off, both Ghanima and Alia have male ancestral memory UNLIKE other Reverend Mothers. This would suggest that there is something special in their preborness or their Atreides genes that would allow them access to these memories. Since the process of being preborn isn't really different than the process to become a Reverend Mother except that it is in the womb, and Jessica and other Reverend Mothers don't have male ancestral memories, by process of elimination it would suggest the reason that Ghanima and Alia have male ancestral memories is due to the fact that they are Atreides.

All Reverend Mother's do NOT have male Other Memory. This was one reason or one outcome they hoped to gain by develepoing the Kwisatz Haderach.
When you refer to the fact that Reverend Mother's have male ancestral memory, this in fact NOT so. I believe you are thinking specifically of the comment that it is "The place we CANNOT go."
First off, the quote I think isn't in direct reference to Other Memory, but the power of the Kiwsatz Haderach to be many places at once.
However, even if it is in reference to male Other Memory, it says nothing about the fact that they are "scared" to look into that place. It says that they physically "CANNOT". Reverend Mothers are NOT scared to look at their male Other Memory, they don't have male Other Memory. If they have it, then they have no access to it at all which is practically the same thing.
The Atreides genes allow for access into male Other Memory. This is again mentioned in Heretics and Chapterhouse when the Sisters are very intent on Sharing Taraza's memories, because she has Atreides blood and therefore has access to male Other Memory including Leto II ( I think it is Taraza, it could be Odrade, but this was mentioned before).

the Baron did not "find a way to slip through". Alia and Ghanima had access to all their male ancestral memories all along.

While I do not have specific text, my argument seems pretty logical to me, and right now I am to tired to go searching through pages to find stuff.
