Not all BG have "other memory"; only those who have undergone the change to make them Reverend Mothers. Children of Reverend Mothers do not have this other memory, unless they happen to be in the womb at the time of testing, which makes them abomination, i.e. Alia.
You cannot be a BG without the training, unless you happen to be an abomination. You can be a BG and not be a RevMo.

My point was that the Water of Life allowed Paul to tap into his mental powers and let him go to "the place that women cannot look" but it didn't give him the other memory, and it didn't make him the Kwisatz Haderach that the BGs wanted. I would readily admit that I'm wrong if someone can prove that I am.
