No I dont know who uplinks it but it is clearly related to or originates from the DTT FreeView network and isn't it BT that operates that network ?

It could be BBC that is uplinking.

There are no way of telling what video services that is carried in the two transponders but from the DVB signalling it could be the DTT mux that carries:
- TeleG
- five
- QVC
- TV Travel Shop
- CH15
- bid-up.tv
- BBC Radio 1
- BBC Radio 2
- BBC Radio 3
- BBC Radio 4
- Heat
- MOJO

From the amount of scrambled PIDs it could wery well be this channels.

Only the BBC Radio audio PIDs is FTA. Receivers not capable of storing the PIDs manually will not give sound on theese radios.

There is no way a consumer receiver will be able to cope with the encryption used. I think the hardware is not compatible. It will only work with £3000++ proffesional receivders and even then BBC or whoever uplinks the signal would never autorize it. Its the same with "five" regions is transmitted/contributed via different satellites in RAS encryption but you need an expensive proffessional £3000++ receiver and authorisation from five.. its a non starter...
