Thanks to Vernon & Ian for your responses I assume that the liner was the one used by the Navy during the war as a troop ship and the tanker was during the 1960s, if thats the case it must have been the former as my relative recieved the War & Victor medal and the medal roll states the Mantua. Is there a web site that tells of the Mantua;s war time experiences
