I can assure you Pedro that all trucks, trailers etc are lashed with chains and bottlescrews. On the Belfast - Stranraer run we the ABs did our own lashing but on other runs the dockers did the lashings and the mate would check them. No disrespect to the dockers but when it comes down to it what would you prefer - would you let someone else rig your stage or chair?
