Researching family history has given the name of a ship around 1910 to 1918 The Mantua, looking at the web I find 2 ships Mantua, I also have 2 photos one looks like a passenger liner the other looks like a cargo ship, my relative aged around 17 in 1914 was a stoker(fireman)and was born in Salford would have been around Manchester docks.
Can anyone help with info on the Mantua was there more than one ship with teh same name
Also looking for info on the Lucigen, Osnabruck and Woton in 1919 to 1920

Just in case there are some on site who didnt know,the New Look Forums are now up and running,its a Register one where you will need to use a Password and Username,its really easy to register and it is looking good.
To get there just Click on "New Forums" on the Main Page of this Site, or Copy and Paste the Link below.
Hope a lot more will now Register on this new link.

those great photo,s youve got tucked away,the
