 G'day graham, many thoiught that but it appears the rules have changed. If as an ex-pom I wanted to retrurn permanatly I would have to apply to the imigration department for an entry visa. I know it sounds stupid but that is how it is now. Chap I know thought he would be smart. Left Oz on his Australian passport but when he got to Heathrow offered his British pass portas he had dual nationality. He got done under the imigration act for some form of fraud and was fined about $500. You can only travel on one at a time. happy daze john in oz
