Glan log onto CABP, which is a site for expats in Canada, but you will get some info from them, and some help. In certain cases you can pay up your "lost" years which will entitle you to a full pension,if you take your Brit Pension in the Excited States it will be indexed(going up with cost of living etc)however if you move to a "Comonwealth "country it will be frozen.and you have to have a UK address to claim any "extra benifits,good luck H
