 I recently spoke to Stan he seemed to be fine and as always a staunch supporter of everything merchant navy and to be honest to be in the company of the likes of Stan is always a real pleasure and a definate trip down memory lane and beyond , by the way Terry is correct the fitting at the head of the derrick is called the spider i beleive another name for it was the mast cap , but please dont ask me where to find a derrick Taiwan might be a good place to start
