Subject: ... I second SoozeŽs question: what the heck did you do !!!??? Kids .... Humph!! Well, up until noon today IŽd have said my winter was going just dandy. Hubby and I were gleefully planning to trip to south of Brazil to enjoy some really cold winter - with some possibility of snow - but after my boss said weŽd probably be working the last week of July all those nice plans went down the drain! :grunt: Now weŽre thinking maybe a weekend at some resort, if weŽre lucky... Peachy, huh?
In reply to: Carrotts - and I wasn't even thinking lewd thoughts... at the time 's message, "Well I was sitting in an auditorium for my god-daughter's high school graduation earlier this summer when a man and his young son (about 3 or 4) took an empty seat next to me. I noticed the child as he walked by, our eyes met and I smiled at him. A few minutes later I noticed out of the corner of my eye that he was staring at me - so I looked at him and smiled a hello. There was a lull in the proceedings so it was very quiet when the child touched me on the arm and said in a very clear high pitched voice that carried for several rows... "You're not a lady!!"
