Subject: OK, all you LOST watchers..... Are you as ready as I am for someone to kick some "Other" butt??? I am even more frustrated than I was last week. For someone to keep saying that they are the good guys, they sure do a lot of bad guy crap. Better give me some answers soon.

Other show I am going to be watching is Jericho. I have two VCRs in my house and Wednesday is church night. I have been taping BOnes and Dancing with the Stars (yes, I am adicted but can't figure out why Jerry Springer is still on, LOL)so Jericho has been left out. But last night Bones wasn't on and I taped Jericho. Very interesting. So, someone out there watching, can you fill me in on the first few episodes? And who is the black dude and where did he come from? Talk to me, I am dying to know your take.

He and his family arrived in town JUST before the blast, so it looks like he might be the leader of the group. His cover is his knowledge of the tactical aspects of radiation which he claims is from his Homeland Security training as a policeman in St. Louis.

He had a cache of arms and other items secreted in a storage facility, taking out something really important and hiding it behind a false wall in his basement. As I said, he claims to be a former policeman from St. Louis, living in Kirkwood, next to Powder Valley Nature Center. However, St. Louis JUST passed the ordinance allowing their city policemen to live outside the city, so I'll chalk that up to an error in continuity. Powder Valley Nature CenterIS in the Kirkwood area. Anyway, the outsider who was "allowed" to die from his radiation sickness was part of the group that Hawkins was in. They weren't supposed to bring anyone but family with them, but the patient brought some refugees from Denver and they are the 20 who died out by the lake. He revealed that the group had been betrayed to Hawkins, and that's all we know about this nefarious group, except that Hawkins has communicated with them and knew which cities had been successfully bombed (he stuck the pins in the map in his basement).

Also, I'm with you, Jan! I "ain't" buying that these Others are the good guys--ONLY if you consider that claim that some of them have lived there all of their lives, thus making them defenders of their "homeland", Shangri La (?) And, did the giant Polar Bear escape the little zoo and its decendants are atomically or magnetically altered? Or, do they have contact with the "real" world giving them the files on the survivors
from the company backing the Dharma Initiative (i.e. Desmond's girlfriend's father, the billionaire industrialist?)

I'm laughing at your updated computer suggestion. I agree! They're getting supplies in by air; so, couldn't they send a few "Apples" along, too? I guess it's software compatibility issues! I don't like the "bearded one" any better without his fake beard, and the overseer at the dig? If he pulls aout his little stun gun again, I hope Sawyer sticks it where the sun don't shine and turns it on while he's doing it! Locke and Mr. Eko are in next week's episode, so I guess the aftermath of the shutdown is going to be the focus.

It was the same problem (actually a lot worse) with Master P who should have be kicked off for his bad attitude and obvious lack of respect for the show,his dancing partner/teacher, and himself. That's why the viewers should not have 50% of the vote...remember what happened to John O'Hurley in the first season? So unfair. -- Sunny ... who likes the show, but isn't upset when I miss it and that's been happening a lot lately.
