Subject: I guess itīs because, most of the time, she interacts with the rest of the world from a scientistīs standpoint. Losing her parents and growing up in foster care took a huge toll on her. As Angela very well put it once, when it comes to emotions and feelings she distances herself and becomes very analytical. Of course, Booth is helping change that a bit. Give it time. Itīs worth it!
