I've had this as well. I've thought that it was one of two things. Either really nasty carb withdrawals or the following.

This diet is a diarrhetic, and is especially so during induction. Carbohydrates make your body retain water, and limiting them severely during induction causes your body to flush a lot of exess water. For MOST people this is not a problem. But, this CAN throw your electrolytes out of balance.

If this continues for more than a little while, please seek medical attention. Explain to the doctor that you are on a way of eating that acts as a diarrhetic and get reccomendations for vitamin/mineral supplements. Please don't mess around with something that feels like heart palpitations. Don't let him talk you out of this WOE (some doctors are still uninformed about the health benefits), but do make sure that you are getting adequate supplements.
