Subject: Hi, Matthew. The Protein Power book states that to maintain your weight, a carb intake should be no more than 50 - 60 per day. Watch those desserts! They can quickly ruin all you have lost, and worse, you will likely gain back more than you had in the beginning. Get a copy of Protein Power. It gives meal plans and a lot of useful low carb info.
