It isn't as hard as it sounds. Once you've made up your mind to do it, it is pretty easy. Intense, but not that hard. I was afraid to try it because I thought it would be near impossible for me to want to stick to for 12 weeks, but about a week into it I decided I could do this for the full 12 weeks.

I did miss my workout today. I didn't feel like my body had recovered sufficiently from my last workout and so I decided to take a day off. Since I hate aerobics and tomorrow was supposed to be my aerobics day I decided that I would skip my aerobics workout tomorrow and do the upper body workout (that I was supposed to do today) tomorrow.

You know something? I LOVE the way my muscles are starting to feel. I lOVE feeling the strength and the solidness of my leg muscles, I love the fact that all my upper body muscles feel more limber, strong and less achy. I love the changes in my posture. I feel like I'm standing up straighter and walking more with my head up and shoulders back and like I FEEL good. It isn't anything I'm having to force either, it is just those muscles are more ready to do the job they were "hired" for.

I actually felt like I MISSED my workout today. I got to work and my body said to me "Hey you forgot something!" I found myself stretching and trying to get back what I was missing. Pretty weird.

I was a little discouraged earlier because I wasn't seeing the losses I wanted to see, but I think that was because of eating too many carbs, and whatever hormones were raging around trying to make me retain water.

The workout part of it is just GREAT!
