I would like to loose at least another 30lbs, I am walking and working out on my bowflex three days of each. I am eating only protein and a few grams of carbs three meals a day, drinking water and fresca, but I do have a sugar free popsicle at night 2g carbs .
sample meal egg and cheese omlet with bacon crumpled on top for breakfast chicken breast with a few mushrooms or tuna salad for lunch beef, chicken, fish with a cup of beef or chicken broth, I was eating salad but the keto strips were not changing, so I eliminated them.
