First off how much weight do you need to lose? You need to determine how many calories a day you are eating, and also how many you should be eating.

I'm not suggesting limiting calories even more. If you "eat so little now" that could be your problem.

You should be consuming 12 calories for every pound of weight you currently weigh. If the amount of calories you are eating is way below that you will put your body into starvation mode and there is no way that your body will allow you to lose weight.

I have been attempting to lose weight for about a year and a half, and couldn't get below a certain weight. When I learned this information I increased my calories and dropped five pounds. It seems so counter intuitive, eat more to lose, but believe me it works.

You should NOT be hungry. You should be eating enough to be satisfied. You must eat breakfast, (even if you aren't hungry) and not skip meals. Eat at regular points throughout the day. With as much excercise as you are doing, you need food to keep your body alive.

Slowing your metabolism down by not eating or by not eating enough is a sure way to prevent weight loss. There are two factors to weight loss, one is limiting carbs. The other is keeping your metabolism reved up. Excercise is one way to rev your metabolism, but excercise without enough food is a sure way to slow yourself down.

Not everyone is able to change the ketostix. For some people they simply never change color. Try eliminating the artificial sweeteners. Some sweeteners mess some people up.

You don't indicate whether you are male or female. Women sometimes have a problem losing weight because of estrogen. Either HRT, or birth control pills. Or sometimes just certain portions of their cycle.

You might also consider UPPING your carbs. (After these other suggestions are checked out). Perhaps have a carb up day one day a week. Not my first suggestion because it is so easy to get out of control with something like that, but if you are at a point where you really don't need to lose much more weight, it has worked for some people in the past.
