Subject: Have you tried using the goals in fitday? They let you set calorie/carb goals so that you can check over a period of time and see if you're averaging out to where you need to be. I just read Laura Richard's book and the calories to lose are 10 - 12 times your current body weight. I set those for my goal range and even though I might be a little low or high from day to day the averages look good.
