Subject: I think it helps people with carb-cravings via the "placebo-effect" -- if they believe it will work, then it does (for a time).

Some just take the 1 pill in the morning and find that holds them for the day along with the use of the patch. Hope this helps. We just use it in the "Addiction Breaking Weeks" 6-12 weeks depends how long & how much a peson has been smoking.
