Kim, This sounds just like the place I go to. It is called Curves For Women. I love it. I just weighed in today and from June 5th to today I lost 3 1/4 lbs. and 7 inches. That is a grand total of 39 1/2 Lbs. and around 30 inches.

I have been on 20 carbs or less a day since 1-1-02. I have just recently started adding a few at a time to see where my limit is. My big problem was that I was not getting enough calories. When you start losing it so easy to start being "TOO" careful. That is usually when you start seeing a slow down. Most of this I learned from the wonderful people here on this message board. Keep up the good work!
