You are craving carbs because you are allowing yourself too many and you need to at least go thru the 72 hour detox of no more than 30 carbs and lots of water. it will be a tough 3 days but after you will not be craving them anymore. there are so many substitutes out there that you should easily be able to stay under 30. Icecreams, wraps and even a great lo-carb "mashed potato" substitute. Try boiling cauliflour, whipping it w/butter and a little lite salt. boil a garlic clove and whip it for added flavor.
