Subject: Hard boiled eggs, peeled & ready to go. SF Peanut butter in a LC tortilla, rolled up. How about making some breakfast muffins with sausage or bacon, egg & cheese. You could make a whole pan full and take a couple in a baggy each day.

  • Oops, I forgot to mention that I can't eat very much cheese. I'm one of those lactose intolerant people (pain in the butt I know lol). I mean I can have the small amount of cheese like on a taco, but I can't sit down and eat a hunk of cheese. Sucks huh? (NT) -- Kel, 14:09:47 09/19/02 Thu
  • Kel, here's a recipe, you could just leave the cheese out & maybe put in a little extra sausage or bacon & then take in baggies. -- DawnJ, 14:42:59 09/19/02 Thu
