Hello, I am very new to the LC. did you loose alot of weight? I am one of those who carry alot of weight in my stomach. Is it possible for me too loose the skin on my stomach? I hope I can do this(LC) Do you have any suggestions for me as a newby,what is a regular food day for you?Thank you very much for any thoughts or Ideas you may have to share.
