Subject: From the reading i have done most folks seem to stick inthe 75-100 grams of carbs per day when doing BFL "low carb".

My preliminary plan for BFL includes yogurt and Low GI fruits in the mornings right after my workout but only green beans and peanut butter in the afternoon.

Your muscles need glycogen to recover and rebuild themselves. So if you make your most carb loaded meal right after workout there is a good chance that the carbs you take in might be spent repairing the muscles you worked in the workout. Then limit the carb intake throughout the rest of the day when they are not needed.
