Subject: Kim, I don't know about the SF puddings, but the SF Jello has 10 calories per serving (4 servings per box). There is only one gm protein claimed, equalling 4 calories. That leaves 6 calories unaccounted for. Since I doubt if Jello has any fat, that leaves carbs, i.e., 1.5 per serving, 6 per box! Beware the "Hidden Carbs."
