But when I make it I make it with half cream and half water. No milk therefore no milk sugar. I don't know if that cuts down on the carbs or not, probably way increases the calories and fat, so normally I don't make it too often or eat it too often. But if you need something sweet, and you can keep it to just one serving...(I usually can't) I guess it could be ok.

Other things I make when I need a sweet fix are Cream shakes. Take a cup of water put it in a blender, put in about a spoonful of unsweetened cocoa powder, put in some splenda or one of the splenda syrups, and a handfull or two of ice. Blend until you have a chocolate slushy. Then add enough cream to make it look creamy and drink like a milk shake. Gives me a chocolate fix when I need one.

Don't blend the cream too long (why you put it in at the end) or you will have butter rather than cream.
