As in don't eat? Nah. Forget about that. If you are hungry eat. Eat high protein, low carb. Make sure you eat enough that you aren't hungry. In fact you might want to try eating 6 meals a day (smaller meals). Keeping your metabolism reved up is important.

One thing you don't have to be on this diet is hungry. That is the real beauty of it. Avoid the bread though.
