Subject: Excellent advice -- it's a lot harder to get dressed, grab your keys and go out and buy bad food than it is to just grab it out of the cupboard when you are having a weak moment. It's also very important to know the plan you wish to follow, so I highly recommend buying, borrowing or checking-out the book from the library; at least read a chapter or 2 of it before you start. P.S. I can't tell you how many times I sat in front of the PC also, with a bag of cookies or bowl of pasta wishing I could find some folks with the same problem I had. Glad to see you here -- good luck!
