Subject: Sunday. My first "free day"

No excercise today except for recreational excercise. I'm going to go outside and try out my new rollerblades that I bought. I know, I'm crazy to try this at my age, but you know what? I'm not ready to get old yet, and the surest way to assure that you don't is to keep on playing.

My kids thought I was a little nuts to be buying them, I'm curious to know what they will think when they see me using them. My little boy already told me that I can borrow his helmet.

Free day. I can eat anything I want today and I don't have to work out. One of the girls on the other board told me I should take two days off because I have already done 8 days of excercise in a row. She thinks I might not be getting sufficient recovery time because of this. Well I can see her point and she's done this longer than me, but I AM just starting out, and I'm thinking I may not need that yet.

Plus I really don't want to slow down my momentum or get out of the habits I am trying to build. Scale was up today even more than yesterday. So she may be right. Trying to decide.

Anyway Happy Sunday everyone. How is everyone doing on our challenge? I feel tougher, I don't know about you all.
