I'm doing good Sherry thanks for asking,i'm finally starting to see a loss again.I just find it very odd how this works for me,i lose anywhere from 3 to 8 lbs. one week,then nothing for a 2 week stretch then i lose again for a week,then nothing for a couple weeks now i've lost 4 lbs in last three days.I'm certainly not complaining just think it;s kind of odd.I hope everybody else is doing well,and have a great weekend! -- DietLowCarb.com

Oh yes I put them on, didn't keep them on for long, I was scared to death. Plus all the neighborhood children were standing around distracting me and talking a mile a minute.
