Subject: The Atkins Diet

I need a little good advise. I just started the diet this week. I've been doing great sticking to the 20 carb limit. I see that people are talking about hidden carbs. Whats that about?
Are low carb bars allowed in the induction part of the diet?
I've been walking about three miles 3-5 times a week. Is that enough?
I also have the ketostix to check the urine...i've been on this for 5 days now and the color only changed between a trace and a small amount of keytones...does this sound right?
Answers to these and any good advice for loosing weight would be appreiciated. I have a long road to travel.
