I workout at home. I have free weights, a bench, an ab crunch machine, an excercise ball, some mats, and a weight stack machine, plus a few dumbbells. I really have all I need to so what ever I must at home. I live on a second story, (my basement is above ground) so I have stairs I can run up and down for my cardio.

I'm working out hard enough, whether I'm eating right or not I don't know. One of the girls on the website Joe mentioned keeps telling me I may be overdoing it. Not able to recover well enough. I'm not sure what she means, either that I'm working out too hard or not eating/sleeping well enough to recover properly.

I sleep fine. She may be right about my nutrition though.
