That I really have to give up on biceps right now. I did something to my elbow on the right arm, and doing the bicep excercises irritates it. So I said no more until it heals.

Shoulders are NOT my favorite, they hurt, so I started really small with them. My max weight I lift with them is 30 pounds, but they have gotten easier. I like the back excercises the best, the pull downs. I can do 90 to 110 on the reverse grip pulldowns. I just can't do that many of them at 110. The wide grip pulldowns I can't do as high a weight on, but it is getting easier.
