Well that is a good question, I've been struggling with it too, only I'm not down to 150 yet.

There are several things you might want to check. First off how many calories a day do you consume? I'm not suggesting you start "watching" your calories in the sense of limiting them, just watch for a day or two and see what you average. Then we can run some calculations and see if you are at a good range for your size.

Secondly you might want to see if you can figure out what your fat percentages are. If you know that value, you will know how much your "lean body mass" is. Your LBM is important because you don't want to lose any muscle in the process of trying to lose more fat. There are various ways to determine this, certain websites have you calculate it based on your measuremnts, weight etc. There are fat calipers, there is hydrostatic weighing.

Third you can start excercising, building muscle.

Fourth you can try a combination of things to shake your body up, you could try lowering calories, or increasing them, you could try lowering or increasing carbs. You could try eating more often during the day (but smaller meals) you could try not eating after a certain hour at night and always making sure you eat breakfast, you could try excercising aerobically and with resistance training.

All these tricks have worked for different people at different times, it depends on your situation.
