And my baby was only three months old whoops! (so my two youngest are a year and 4 days apart, they enjoy each other).

But seriously Atkins does make changes in your cycle. I don't know about being late, I've never had any sort of regular cycle anyway, but I've been lighter on the diet and heavier off. Fewer days sometimes too when doing induction well. So I think it is possibly just the diet.

My TOM was irregular for the first 6 months that I was on this, and from talking to others, I know that this is a common problem. It usually straightens itself out sometime in the 4-6 month range. (NT) -- Katie, 08:24:32 09/20/02 Fri
