Subject: Well Kim I have read that it is virtually impossible to lose more than 1-2lbs per week & not lose some muscle along with it. If that's true, then that would be a good reason for not wanting to lose too fast. Another is that your skin my be resilient, but not THAT resilient. It needs time to adjust to the weightloss too. Otherwise you'll look like you have the gobble gobble skin going on. I'm sure many can provide you with some more scientific explanations other than gobble-skin so I'm just going to let them take over now. Congratulations on your weight loss.
