Ok, no hormones. I have been using the atkins bars about 2 out of 3 days, so I guess I will give those up. Not really drinking any diet sodas, they are tasting waaayyy too sweet now. Have had herbal tea (rasberry) with some splenda (one packet) a few times, and a dessert made with riccotta, almond extract or cocoa powder and a splenda. Daily diet usually starts with 2 to 3 eggs, 4 slices of bacon, possibly cheese and mushrooms. Lunch, salad, cheese, meat. Dinner about a cup to a cup and half green beens and mushrooms sauted with butter or olive oil and garlic, meat (a chicken breast, or what I would guess to be 4 to 6 oz of beef or sausage) maybe a bit of ketchup or steak sause, a salad with dressing. Snacks are 1/3 cup pumkin seeds, a handful of pork rinds, cheese, I think that is about it. I will cut out the bars for a while, but do you think I need to loose the 2 to 3 packets of splenda I use per day? Thanks for any advice
