You sound like you are doing pretty well. I would lose the Atkin's bars. They always seemed to make me stall. The Splenda? I would hand on to it for now. But if it continues, you might try eliminating it too.

I noticed when I first changed over from aspartame to splenda that I seemed to lose less at first. I couldn't tell if it was my imagination or if it was a real problem. I don't like the idea of aspartame since all the scary stories are out there, but I felt like I lost better when I didn't use the Splenda.

It may not be an issue, I would leave that part alone for now. Sounds like you are eating right. You may just be going through a natural hormone spurt right now.

When I first started on the diet I seemed to notice trends wherein I would lose two weeks out of the month and then gain back some during the other two weeks. Usually wound up weighing less at the end of the month than the beginning, but hormones do play a part.

Just hang in there a little longer and measure your body with a too small piece of clothing. Sometimes people who don't lose weight quickly are quietly losing inches.
