Subject: Well I am headed back to the gym.

I haven't done any serious weight training in close to 8 years now. But lately i have been feeling like this huge blob. I have zero energy and am having a tough time sticking to my Atkins plan.

For some reason though i have had this overwhelming urge to get back to the gum. So next week i am joining the local World Gym and going to lift and do cardio from 5am until 6:30 before work each day.

Hopefully i can find my old lifting notebooks so i can go back to my old regimen which worked well through highschool and college. Although this time around i need to focus more on muscle tone than on building muscle mass.
