I know that feeling so well. I started out this month doing so well, excercising every day, eating low carb (induction) and committed to 14 days. Well I made it through 9 without cheating, reached my lowest weight ever and then on the 10th my kids and I went for a bike ride, gathered blackberries and made a blackberry cobbler (which was wonderful by the way).

After that it was all down hill from there. My kids left and went on vacation the next day and I screwed up my diet again and again. Gained back about 7 pounds (as of this morning). I've tried to continue excercising, but without eating properly I've felt my body growing weaker and my motivation slipping.

So I propose a three day no cheat challenge. Starting today. No cheating until Friday (if anyone needs to cheat). Three days is easy, it just requires making up your mind that it is going to be only three days. Maybe you know in the back of your mind that once you have gotten back in control you won't want to cheat after the three days is up, but if you are having trouble making that first step, it helps to think of it as three days only.

Three days. Anyone can not cheat for three days, right? Even me. The worst of the slackers.

I'm getting kind of sick of all these carbs anyway. They don't taste that good. After awhile I realize that all sugary foods taste just the same, they all have that thick too sweet taste, that sort of glues the back of your throat.

So who wants in? If you are struggling, three days will help.
