Subject: What going on?

I don't get it. I have been on Ketosis, the moderate 15mg/deciliter range and I havent lost but a pound. I have been running 2x a day since march 2002. Actually have lost 30 lbs. since jan 2002. And now, I just wanna "cut".

Started low carb, Wed 8-14-02 of last week. Don't see any results on the scale, but a pound lost. How do I get that darn thing purple?????

This is typically what I eat daily.

Morning: EAS Advantage Low Carb shake;
5g-fat/2g-carb/15 protein
OR 1/2 of that, then run and come back and have
5 egg whites, with a "egg beaters" serving.
total: 0-fat/2-carb/52g-protein

lunch: Tuna, 0.5g-fat/0-carb/13-protein

Dinner: Chicken: 7g-fat/1g-carb/17g-protein.

meal breaks: I may have an EAS nutrition bar.
5g-fat/2.5-carb/26g-protein.

Low Range Total per day:
12.5g-fat/5.5g-carb/108g-protein

Higher Range Total per day:
20g-fat/20-25g-carb/84-108g-protein

I also drink diet coke/tea with meals.
However, I drink water like its going out of style.LoL!
