Have you taken your measurements? With all the exercise that you are doing, I bet that you are turning your fat into muscle, which is smaller in size but at the same time weighs more. If you have not measured yourself yet, try it and watch yourself get smaller.

Some people react to caffeine differently. Try eliminating that for a week to see if ketosis is easier to get into.

  • #1 going by your high range breakdown, calorie wise that comes out to only about 712 calories a day,, way under what you should be eating for low carb,, you've put yourself into starvation mode. #2 your fat intake should be much much higher,, or you'll just lose lean body mass (muscle being broken down for protein). Try upping your good intake and fat for a week or two and see what happens then. Remember a gram of fat is 9 calories,, carbs and protein are only 4 calories a gram (NT) -- Nancy, 21:19:53 08/22/02 Thu
