Subject: Cheat cheat cheat!

Ok, so this is the first time I enter a no-cheat challenge, and what do I do? Cheat. Small piece of cake yesterday, a bit of hash brown and bisquit today. Threw myself out of ketosis. Not only that, I have been told I am not eating enough to stay out of starvation mode. I need to add about 1000 cal. to my daily intake (and I am definitely eating to satisfation, the past 2 days actually stuffing my self to get 3 to 400 extra cals. (not cal. obsessed, but keeping track for a few days to find out where I am) Any one have ideas for adding those extra cals? Thanks for any help
